My payment failed

What happens and how to fix it.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically over 7 days. During that window:

  • Your plan stays active
  • You'll get an email with a link to update your payment method
  • The app shows a soft warning in Settings → Billing

If the retry window ends without success, your plan drops to Free. Update your card and upgrade again — your data is waiting.
